A 5-Minute Practice to Recharge Your Social Battery If the link to play the video above isn't working, click here to watch. I'm curious, Reader ... what size social battery do YOU have? My personal battery's capacity is pretty small (like AAA equivalent) and needs frequent recharging. Social situations and interacting with large numbers of people leaves me feeling drained. Perhaps that's why working from home suits me so well? If you're an introvert like me, you know the importance of resetting and recharging. And if you're an extroverted "people person," you, too, need to take care of yourself and recharge your battery to be at your best. That's why I'm sharing today's video meditation to help you enjoy connecting with others ... something we all crave yet don't always have the "battery power" for. And while this may be more noticeable at the holidays, it applies year-round. So I hope you'll use this 5-minute mindful breathing practice to ground and balance you whenever you need it. As always, I'd love to know what you think of this week's newsletter. Post your thoughts on social and tag me (@coachmichelepeterson), or simply reply to this email! Thank you. I appreciate you! xoxo, Now for more good stuff ...

How to Recognize When Your Business Is Ready to Grow … and When It’s Not Hey Reader, Last weekend, I did what I always do this time of year … I got a little over-enthusiastic in the garden. 🌱✨ Everything was sprouting — tiny green shoots, new life everywhere — and it felt like progress. Like possibility. So naturally, I started thinning things out. Deciding what should stay, what needed more space … and what I could move somewhere “better.” Every year, I have the same thought: “I’ll just move...
Before You Change Anything, Take a Closer Look at What’s Already Working Hey Reader, A few weeks ago, I made limoncello from scratch. Nothing fancy — just lemons from our backyard, a carefully chosen vodka (my winemaker husband took that part very seriously 😄), sugar, water … and time. It turned out really good. So I gave a bottle to my mom, and a few days later she texted: “Did you REALLY make this … because it’s SO good!” After we cleared up that she wasn’t accusing me of secretly buying...
You Don’t Need a Bigger Plate — Just Better Decisions Reader, last weekend, I stood in my backyard staring at my raised garden beds, seriously considering adding another one. More space. More plants. More possibility. It sounded like a great idea. But instead, I stayed with what I already had — and made myself do the harder thing: I chose what actually deserved to be planted. And I’ll be honest … that felt a lot more uncomfortable than building another bed. Because choosing means not choosing...
