WFH Feeling Off? Try This Simple Fix

Reset with Intention, Not Overhaul

Have you ever had a piece of tech — your phone, your laptop, even Alexa — start acting weird for no reason?

That happened in our kitchen recently when my husband got into a full-blown shouting match with Alexa because she absolutely refused to play the music he wanted. He tried rewording. He tried repeating. She was calm but stubborn.

Finally, I unplugged her. Waited 30 seconds. Plugged her back in. Problem solved.

Sometimes, you don’t need to replace the device or reprogram it from scratch. You just need to reset it.

It’s the same with working from home, Reader.

When your days feel scattered or your systems are a little out of sync, you don’t always need a massive overhaul. You probably just need to unplug, reset, and plug back in — in a way that brings you back into alignment with how you want to work and live.

This week’s blog post shares 3 simple WFH reset rituals you can start right away — no “total life reboot” required. These are quick, grounding routines that help you regain focus without burning everything down and starting over.
