But let me be clear: I’m not here to talk about goal-setting today. Why? Because setting goals is pointless if you don’t first create the condition that makes achieving them possible. And that condition is an unwavering belief that you can do it. Without belief, your goals are just wishful thinking. With belief, though? You’ll show up, put in the work, and push through when things get tough. You’ll stay the course because you know deep down you’re capable of succeeding. So, how do you build that belief? Here are 3 keys to prepping for a successful 2025 ... strategies that helped Erica Wiebe in her quest for an eventual Olympic gold medal in wrestling : 1. Self-TalkWhat you tell yourself matters. Every thought you repeat reinforces a belief, so let’s make those beliefs empowering. Start with simple affirmations you can say to yourself daily. Here are some to consider:
